You must register using your own true legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration, or at any subsequent stage of your relationship with dragon969, constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. In the event of a technical failure that affects game integrity — including but not limited to server disruptions, disconnection events, software errors, or incorrect odds display — dragon969 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players' Balances. dragon969's decision in such matters is final.
Live sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Any odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative only.

dragon969's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dragon969 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice to registered players via the Platform, email, or both, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
